My Name is John Crimmons and I’m managing director of Oval Printing.
I got a call to say my factory was on fire as a result of an electrical fault. Being a manufacturing company we had to try to organise to hold on to our business with our clients and try to get the power back. We contacted our insurance company, who were Quinn at the time and they were quite reluctant.
We then contacted our Insurance Broker and Dave Dillane came out and started to make phone calls. I was taking a back seat as Dave was handling the whole situation in such a professional manor. Dave sorted everything out and it was obvious that Dave knew his business inside out.
