Dolmen Insurance Brokers

A Brief History:
On the 1st October 1998, Dolmen Insurance Brokers was set-up to provide a service in Artane, an area of Dublin (4 miles from the City Centre) which had no brokers present.

The company opened with two members of staff and quickly started to grow. In 1999 we opened up an Insurance shop to satisfy our customer’s demands. In 2001 we purchased Rooney's of Swords (then called NRG) and merged their customers and staff with ours to help develop even better services. The operations have continued to expand and we have now over 35 members of staff and are undergoing an extension to our premises (for the third time since '98) which will expand our offices to 7500 sq feet and will see our staff members increase by 30 over the next few years.

The ability to attract, gain and retain vital members of staff has been a corner stone of our development, which sees us as a fast growing and progressive broker. Effective staff are essential in the provision of a first rate customer service. Our constant aim to improve our customer care level is the most important goal for all the Directors and Staff.

We are determined to extend and improve our services through our Internet website in the near future. Including on-line quote's, interactive information, online proposal forms, and many more features.
