I am part of the Administration team and my role in the company is to open the post, receipting of cheques, scanning of documents and providing telecom services for the customers.

Hi, my name is Gemma. I am part of the Administration Team where we greet our clients in a friendly and professional manner, be it on the phone or at the counter, and redirect them to the appropriate department. My other duties include looking after the post, emails, faxes, scanning, and dictation, receipting, setting up of new client’s information and entering data into our database. Furthermore, I provide administration support to the rest of the Dolmen family.

My role working in the Administration Department is to take calls and transfer them directly through to the right department in Dolmen Insurance Brokers. I also do plenty of receipting and scanning for the company on a daily basis. I cooperate and communicate with all staff members every day as well as dealing with the general public in making them feel welcome and comfortable when they walk into our office. I achieve this by helping them find the correct person from the different departments to deal with any queries they may have. I really enjoy my role in Dolmen Insurance Brokers!
