Commercial Account Manager

We are expanding our team of commercial account managers and have several vacancies available.

An ideal candidate would have a minimum of five years’ experience on all aspects of commercial insurance and have sales and claims experience. They would be tasked with managing existing customers and expanding same to hit agreed targets.

They must have the ability to attract new clients as well as up-sell / cross sell and should be a motivated self-starter with strong communication & customer care skills. They should be able to work on their own initiative but also work to achieve team goals.

This is a full time permanent position and candidates must have the necessary qualifications or be grandfathered and have a full clean driving licence.

An appropriate remuneration package available.

Administration Team member

    • This is a temporary position within our busy administration team
    • Duties to include dealing with telephone queries, filing, typing, scanning and general office duties.

  • Some knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel required. Training will be given Knowledge of using a Dictaphone an advantage.

Personal Lines/Schemes Team member

Job Purpose

  • Manage Client Booking handling Renewals, New Business, MTA’s, and Queries in relation to Personal lines products including Motor, Household, Legal Expenses and Travel.


Key Duties/Responsibilities

  • Secure Renewal retention for all classes of business
  • Sell products to new customers
  • Cross sell/Up sell products to Client Book as appropriate
  • Demonstrate Excellent Customer Service
  • Operate Relay system proficiently

Commercial Support /Small Business Unit Team member

Job Purpose

  • Back office support to existing Commercial Account Managers
  • Direct Management of Small Business Unit Portfolio

Key Duties/Responsibilities

  • Assist in the securing of new business across a range of Commercial Classes
  • Assist in securing Renewal retention
  • Assist in Claims
  • Experience in Commercial Lines essential
  • Strong product knowledge required in Liability, Property, and ancillary covers.
  • Demonstrate Excellent Customer Service
  • Operate Relay system proficiently
