Administration Team member
- This is a temporary position within our busy administration team
- Duties to include dealing with telephone queries, filing, typing, scanning and general office duties.
- Some knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel required. Training will be given Knowledge of using a Dictaphone an advantage.

Personal Lines/Schemes Team member
Job Purpose
- Manage Client Booking handling Renewals, New Business, MTA’s, and Queries in relation to Personal lines products including Motor, Household, Legal Expenses and Travel.
Key Duties/Responsibilities
- Secure Renewal retention for all classes of business
- Sell products to new customers
- Cross sell/Up sell products to Client Book as appropriate
- Demonstrate Excellent Customer Service
- Operate Relay system proficiently

Commercial Support /Small Business Unit Team member
Job Purpose
- Back office support to existing Commercial Account Managers
- Direct Management of Small Business Unit Portfolio
Key Duties/Responsibilities
- Assist in the securing of new business across a range of Commercial Classes
- Assist in securing Renewal retention
- Assist in Claims
- Experience in Commercial Lines essential
- Strong product knowledge required in Liability, Property, and ancillary covers.
- Demonstrate Excellent Customer Service
- Operate Relay system proficiently
