Personal Lines / Schemes Team Member
Location: Tullow, Co. Carlow
Job Purpose
We are currently seeking a Personal Lines / Schemes Team Member to join our team in our Tullow office, Co. Carlow.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a client book, handling renewals, new business, mid-term adjustments (MTAs), and general queries across a range of personal lines insurance products, including Motor, Household, and Travel.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Secure renewal retention across all classes of business
Sell personal lines products to new customers
Cross-sell and up-sell products within the client book where appropriate
Deliver excellent customer service at all times
Operate the Relay system efficiently and accurately
Qualifications & Experience
CPD compliant

Commercial Account Manager
We are expanding our team of commercial account managers and have several vacancies available.
An ideal candidate would have a minimum of five years’ experience on all aspects of commercial insurance and have sales and claims experience. They would be tasked with managing existing customers and expanding same to hit agreed targets.
They must have the ability to attract new clients as well as up-sell / cross sell and should be a motivated self-starter with strong communication & customer care skills. They should be able to work on their own initiative but also work to achieve team goals.
This is a full time permanent position and candidates must have the necessary qualifications or be grandfathered and have a full clean driving licence.
