Gender Pay Gap Report
Understanding our
gender pay gap
At Dolmen Insurance Brokers, we’re committed to being open about how we pay and reward our people. In line with Irish gender pay gap reporting requirements, we publish an annual report that sets out the difference in average hourly pay between male and female employees across our business in Ireland. Our latest report sets out our gender pay and bonus gap figures, the proportion of men and women receiving bonuses, gender representation across pay quartiles, and the actions we’re taking to reduce our gap over time.
Our Commitment
Since 1998, Dolmen has grown from a small local broker in Artane into a multicultural team spread across Ireland and beyond. Through that growth, one thing has stayed constant: we aim to treat people fairly, support them to develop, and create a workplace where everyone feels they belong.
We are committed to:
- Ensuring people are paid and rewarded based on their role, skills and contribution – not their gender
- Reviewing pay regularly and making decisions in a structured and transparent way
- Building an inclusive culture where colleagues from all backgrounds can progress and thrive
Our gender pay gap report is one way we hold ourselves accountable and track our progress.
Our Message
Dolmen’s success is built on our people. We want every colleague to feel valued, supported and treated fairly, wherever they work in our business. Publishing our gender pay gap report is an important part of that commitment. It helps us understand where we are today and where we need to go next, so that opportunity, recognition and reward are truly accessible to everyone at Dolmen.
